The purpose of the SS is to CONNECT, CATALYZE, and DEVELOP – that is, to improve the Guardian’s organization and our network of self-directed learners, by creating impactful conversations that develop our people, ignite innovation, and build a pipeline of talent and ideas that help us fulfill our mission. These engagements are opportunities for leaders to lift up their head from the day to day, and to step back and engage in thought provoking material with thought provoking leaders.

The purpose of the SS is to serve as a catalyst for learning, innovation, creativity, and dialogue among our network of high-performing life-learners who are passionate about their development. These engagements are virtual opportunities for motivated learners to lift their head from the day to day, and to step back and engage in thought provoking material with thought provoking people.
The differentiator between our engagements and other content available is connection. While each speaker provides valuable ideas and insights, this is just the beginning. The main event is the participants coming together to have meaningful dialogue, generating new ideas and new relationships in the process.
The Guardians host a diverse network of leaders who obtain unique perspectives that they would not likely have gotten without using the Speaker Series as a forum to step outside of their community. 100% of the people in the Speaker Series are engaged and are active contributors in dialogue. People are using the Speaker Series as a catalyst to form connections and understand each other’s challenges so they can engage “outside of the room” to form collaborative partnerships.
